Fermented with Still Spirits Distiller’s Range Whiskey Yeast (included), this wash develops a smooth, well-rounded whiskey character. Still Spirits Turbo Clear is also included to ensure a clean fermentation before distillation. With an OG of 1.078 and a target ABV of 8.7%, this kit is designed to produce 5 gallons of wash, ready for distillation into a uniquely crafted malt whiskey.
