I ordered second Tempranillo kit because my wife loved the first one. I’m a Zin and Cab guy, but this wine with Italian food is excellent. ( Yeah I know it is from Spain, but I don’t cook Spanish food) Great wine.

Great wine

This wine is so good! i made this wine, racked for a month then bottled it. It tasted great after a month. I am not a big wine drinker but this wine I am drinking. It is smooth, rich, and has a special; favor. So good I had to make another batch as I am down to 6 bottles left after only 2 months. I am waiting to see what it tastes like at 6 months and a year if there is any left

Tempranillo wine kit

It arrived in time and the Primary fermentation went easily. It is clearing now although I may not have spent enough time degassing it or its color is so deep red that I can’t see through it. Not even a flashlight shines through. I will give it more time. I do think it will taste good though.
