Easy to follow instructions
First glass has great taste
Can't wait till it's aged a couple of months in the bottle

Great kit but had a problem

I gave this 4 stars because it is definitely a great kit, but it had a problem. i just bottled today after aging for 6 weeks in the carboy with oak blocks that came with the kit. The only problem was very low SG. Initial SG was too low, 1.072 Never had a kit that low. I had to add sugar to bring it midway of the acceptable range. 8 cups. Well, it tastes great and has a well balanced flavor.
