Red Star Primier Cuvee yeast

We have used this yeast in wine making for a number of years. Results are excellent wine!!

Predictable

I just used Lalvin D-47 for Chardonnay wines. I am making apple wine. It’s took longer to clear than the Premier Cuvée. No solid sediment. Worried. Will stick to this standby.

Great yeast strain. My favorite for reliability. Good firm sediment. Ferments to dry. Clears brilliantly. I use it on dark fruit wines and apple wine. My old standby. Good for wines that have quit fermenting.

Good results!

Just bottled my second attempt at chokecherry wine. My first was during the initial quarantine, with Fleischmans bread yeast. Made a gallon. Turned out pretty good, but I thought it could be improved. Used your champagne yeast to make a 5 gallon batch. Still needs to age some, but drinkable at bottling! Already started a 5gal batch of plum with the same yeast. Will be ordering more.
