Great Strawberry Wine Kit

Good product, this was the 2nd time I made this kit. The first time I used all of the finishing bag and the result was a little too sweet for my taste. This time, I used about half the finishing bag and it was better - I might consider only using 35 to 40% next time. I split the bottling batch between plain strawberry and a combination of strawberry wine with 75ml of unsweetened cranberry juice (be careful to check the contents for the lowest suger per serving - I found one with 1gm per 8oz). This is very drinkable and a batch only lasts for the summer.
