This is a favorite - crisp and delicious. RJS kits are reliable and simple to make - our preferred brand. TIP: if you prefer a bit higher alcohol content, mix in a 4# bag of table sugar before pitching the yeast. It ups the alcohol to the 10-11% range while keeping the apple flavor front-and-center.
