Off the Topper IIPA

Very good IPA, very happy. However, a lot of sediment and clogged up my 5 gallon soda keg pin lock fittings. I fermented for 2 weeks in primary and then in secondary fermenter and dry hopped without a bag but still settled for a week before kegging?

Omazing!

Amazing clean ferment, blasted through the honey in 2 weeks to leave a clean honey rye ale with no residual sweetness. Carbonated clear in the bottle after 1 week super well with 1.5 oz sugar in 4 gallons of brew at 6.5% ABV

slow to start but great apricot flavor

This took about 24 hours to get going in an IPA. The hops were accented like West Coast but also had a pleasant apricot aroma too.
