Product Details

Mosaic is the icon of single-hop complexity. Its kaleidoscope of tantalizing citrus, pine, tropical fruit, and berry notes decorate each golden-copper hued glass, alluding to an IPA recipe kit with many more varieties of hops.

Capped in thick, ivory froth, a meticulous arrangement of malts lends subtle caramel sweetness to a modest, bready backbone. Mosaic bursts up from the depths in a prismatic eruption; each wave of evergreen grapefruit overwhelmed by sweeping pineapple-mango herbals . This spectral motif quiets into abstract bitterness for a smooth, refreshing, hop-forward finish.

If you enjoyed Calypso IPA, or Gold Dust IPA, you'll love this kit!

I’m on my 4th batch. I’ve used the British Ale I yeast, but now doing 2 with the British Ale II from Wyeast. We’ll see how it goes. Also, did not use 24 hour Fast Pitch yeast priming step.

Nothing drains a corny keg faster than a simple Mozaic recipe!

Mosaic IPA is my best batch ever

I have brewed 5 "all grain" beer kits from Midwest Supply and the Mosaic IPA has a great favor and the right balance of alcohol. I just opened the first six bottles and the conditioning only required two weeks to have a great beer ready to drink.

Great Recipe

The recipe does not have a FG but with yeast selection and proper fermentation temperature control, I have achieved a 1.072 SG finishing off at 1.010 FG. Will be brewing this one again.

Wow, great balance and happiness. Love the Mosaic hops.

It is delicious. All my neighbors that like hoppy beer are crazy about it. Definitely going to be regular for me.
