Easy kit to make. Cleared nicely. Still very young but has nice aroma and taste. Just what I was looking for after having bad luck with other Riesling kits for the last 2 years

Worth your time

I made this wine for my nephew's wedding. It is an excellent white wine. Crisp, barely sweet, solid acidity with no odd aftertaste. It was in bottles for 18 months at the wedding and well received. At 2 years it is perfect.

The kit arrived on time and it contained everything. It is still in primary fermentation stage and it is bubbling away. Can’t wait to try it.

Unfortunately

Unfortunately our fermenting bucket sprung a leak in the bottom and all of our Liebfraumilch ended up on the floor and the counter. What a mess. The only positive thing I can say is thank goodness it wasn't red wine.
