Good success

The pack I received was a little old, and as I only did 3.5 gallons I wasn't too worried. It did not expand fully after 3 hours, but the end result was still fantastic. My beer is perfectly clear (I did use Irish Moss), and it fermented a session ale nicely. I have not used it on high gravity ales, but it did well for my 3.8% bitter.
