Product Details

Chocolate malt for porters and stouts and dark lagers. This Chocolate malt will give your beer a warm, nutty, chocolate-like flavor. Just a few ounces in a batch will impart a slight brown color. The chocolate flavor is very complementary when used in higher percentages (up to 1 lb of the grain bill for a 5-gallon batch).
