Returns & Replacements

The customer is always right. That is our motto at Midwest Supplies.

If your product fails to perform as advertised, please notify us within 60 days of receipt to receive a replacement product or store credit equal to purchase price of the defective product. Store credits can be applied to a future purchase made within one year of your original purchase. Once an item has shipped, we are unable to offer a refund.

Shipping

All orders are delivered via UPS Ground, with the expected delivery date range indicated at checkout. Want delivery of your product in a rush or on a specific day? Choose one of our expedited shipping options available at checkout. We’ll expedite your order, provide you with a delivery date range, and send you an email to track your order as soon as your package ships.
