Great Summertime drink with ice.

I recommend not filling up your primary fermenter to the 6 gallon mark but leaving quite a bit of space so that when transferred to your carboy you will have space to add the 2nd bag of Flavour Pack without overflowing.

My husband and I used to make wine together, this was only 2nd time I tried to brew a batch myself since he passed. It turned out GREAT! I followed the easy instructions and it turned out perfectly clear and tasty! I gave it to friends as Christmas gifts and now have "orders" to make it and share it again.

This was an easy wine to make. I added sugar to the original mix to bring up the specific gravity to 1.08 because we wanted a higher alcohol content. We tried it right after bottling and it was good even then. It is quite sweet and my wife and I prefer dry wines but our friends and family love this wine and we are running out already. Will definitely be ordering it again.

Everyone that has tried it has enjoyed. I would have liked the flavor to be a bit stronger b that could have been me or it may improve as it sits for a bit of time. Overall thought glad we got it.
