Very easy and complete instructions. I have been brewing fresh fruit wines for 15 years and this process is so much less time consuming. Wine is in final clearing stage and will be bottling next week. Will definitely be trying a variety of grape wines.

Very drinkable. Good value

I made this Chard per the instructions, with the exception of a little more oak in the secondary. It cleared beautifully and I kegged it after only a couple of weeks of rest, as i didn’t have any bottles. It’s great. Unfortunately it’s really easy to drink now! It’s really good really fast. I’m sure it would age well, but i don’t have the time or the bottles. :-O

My first attempt at a white wine......

My wife was very skeptical that it would be comparable to a store bought Chardonnay, but after 1-1/2 glasses, she said it was delicious and I happen to agree.
We blown through 28 bottles in a matter of 6 weeks!
Next time, I'll hide it from her so I can at least get a little age on it first..... LOL.
