Tasty Pinot Noir

Just completed the Pinot Noir 9 months ago and set it aside til last week. Made a batch early on and found it to be okay. Now with more 1000 gallons under my belt, all I can say is it’s really SMOOTH! The friends I made it for were really impressed (me too) so I purchased more. Really great legs, aroma, mouth feel and tremendous finish.

I just bottled this wine (and of course sampled it) and it was very good at this point. Another 6 months bottle aging and it should be wonderful. I'm very pleased with this wine.
