Good Saaz Pellet Hops

Hops to make a good traditional style pils, lager or saison.

Hops

Not used yet but they should be just fine.

I used these in a Fat Tire clone recipe and it turned out great!

Very good for less heavy beers

Nice flavor, and a good all around hop for lighter beers. Is it as good as the German Saaz? I'm not sure because I like my beers when I use either one._x000D_Maybe the German is a tiny bit better.

Not as good as the German Saaz

I did a side by side experiment, splitting the wort into 2 kettles, one using US Saaz and one German._x000D_The German Saaz is better for lagers. The German Saaz has a better flavor, it was noticeable. So I wont try and save 50 cents an ounce, I'll pay the premium and get the German Saaz from now on.
