Product Details

Close similarities to imported German aroma varieties, especially Hallertau. 1 of 4 triploid Hallertau varieties released, most closely resembles the Hallertau cultivar.

Development: Cross between tetraploid female hop cultivar Hallertau Mittlefruh and downy mildew resistant male. A half sister to Ultra, Mt. Hood and Crystal.



Usage: Aroma

Aroma: Mild, slightly spicy

Alpha Acids: 3.0 — 5.0%

Beta Acids: 3.0 — 4.0%

Co-Humulone: 24 — 30% of alpha acids

Total Oil: 0.6 — 1.8 mls/100g

Substitutions: US or German Hallertau, German Tradition, Mt. Hood

Typical Beer Styles: Lager, Pilsner, Bock, Kölsch, Wheat

smooth hop

i went for a smooth hop profile in a lager it showed up nice. the brew was 1/2 oz at 60 min1/4 at 30 min, and 1/4 at 15 min for 5 gal lager

As Expected

These hops arrived and performed as expected. Hops from Midwest are always fresh and do the trick. Used these hops in yet another Frankenstein creation, still brewing the best beer in Kansas right here in scenic Pomona...

I used this a s a flavor addition in my brown ale. I think it's going to work out really well in this brew!

Nice Spicy Flavor.

This hops is really similar to some of your German hops so it has a spicy flavor. I always put it in the last 10 �?���� 15 minutes so you can get a good spicy finish on your beer. This hops goes well in Belgium beers.
