I keep a batch of some variety of Weekday Wine in process almost continuously. The most recent the Shiraz which I just bottled yesterday.

As with all the weekday kits, the wine turned out beautifully with 11.34% ABV. A balance of not to sweet nor too dry, just a pleasant sipping wine.
For a couple bucks per bottle a great value.
