We have made this wine several times, and we are generally well pleased. However, we ignore the 6 gallon ratting, and just make 5. We keep coming back to it, and probably will again at some point. We also make the Blueberry Bliss... and we do make 6 gallons of that, but we add a couple lbs of fresh blueberries, and 2 lbs of sugar to it at ferment (of course we kill all the wild yeast for the first 24 hours, then proceed as normal... we call it "blueberry special". :)

This year’s batch was my second batch. I’m very happy with how it turns out. I make six gallons and it has plenty of body. Good flavor. This year the kit also contained nice labels which look good and save a little time and money.
