Wyeast's Fruity White yeast strain produces an extremely fruity profile, high ester formation. It allows the fruit character to dominate aroma and the flavor profile. This yeast finishes slightly sweet and soft. Works well with Chardonnay, Chablis, Ciders, Gewurztraminer, Chenin Blanc, and Pinot Gris to create a fruity white wine.

i love this yeast!!

I am very pleased with this yeast!! it leaves a very fruity flavor and the aroma is very strong of whatever the fruit that is used. not a lot of foam and a fairly fast worker. I have made strawberry with this yeast and took several awards in competitions with the wines. highly recommended!!
