wonderful Wine

Really surprised to how wonderful tasting this wine turned out even after the minimum mistakes made. It turned out a really great quality wine

My first try at wine making was a great success

I got this wine making kit last year for Old Vine Merlot and can say the wine making kit/instructions where very thorough and complete. I had very few issues shepherding the wine through fermentation, fining and bottling. I popped my first cork along about October 2022 and have received several compliments and requests for an extra bottle from most imbibers since that time. Despite having a fairly diverse wine cellar, I'm down to my last ten bottles and will be doing this again vefore too long.
