Great tasting

I am halfway through this kit and will bottle in about a month. So far it seems really quite good.

We actually just drank some last night. I had 10 people try it. All said it was fantastic. They couldn't believe I made it. I have friends and family that will be ordering this kit.

We got the kit, Eclipse Marlboro Sauvignon Blanc 004453 60094 9276 0317. URL: 6 29181 00943 7. This was not my first attempt at making wine, but it was my first time with a kit. I really did not know what to expect, because it seems like something always came up on the day that I was supposed to rack and/or bottle the wine. Nothing really went on schedule. Then, the final rack, all I had left was a 5 gallon carboy, so I racked into that and a gallon jug. The gallon jug got a bunch of sediment in it. Then I was supposed to bottle the wine two days later. It ended up being about 5 days later, so again, not on schedule. When everything was said and done we tried a bottle from the gallon jug the night before last. Last night we had a bottle from the 5 gallon carboy. No difference between the two and they were both outstanding. My better half was born and raised in France and it tickled me to death that she was as impressed as I was. It is nice to know that your labor of love has paid off. We both highly recommend it.
