Product Details

This 30" Stainless Steel Curved Racking Cane has the same external dimensions as the plastic canes, but has a larger inside diameter, which allows for a smoother, faster flow. Stainless steel is the preferred material for most brewers because it doesn't scratch like plastic can, which could lead to contamination of your brews. This will be the last racking cane you will ever buy. Use 5/16" ID tubing with this racking cane.

SS racking cane

It's stainless and it's a racking cane. If you're using a plastic one, upgrade to this one that doesn't break when you bump it. Works great.

STAINLESS RACKING CANE

IT SERVES THE PURPOSE;BUT....
THE END KEEPS FALLING OFF. I'VE TRIED TO ADJUST THE FITTING WITH NO SUCCESS

Good, but has a flaw

The end piece intended to keep the bottom of the pipe off the sediment falls off easily I have to try to keep track of it because it's so easily lost. It's held on by the friction between two pieces of smooth stainless steel. That's not enough friction. I've already lost mine. Now it's kind of useless for bottling.

Racking Cane For All Occasions

Long enough for my tallest carboys and even works if you need to siphon from a keg. Appears very durable. It is too long to clean in a sink but if you get creative you’ll figure out how to do it.
