With the LARGE price increases of RJS Cru kits, not even including the paper instructions anymore is insulting.

My California Chardonnay Wine is currently in the clearing phase. Everything has gone as expected and the final result should be the same. This kit is a part of Midwest’s subscription program. Every kit I have received and processed so far has been fantastic! Keep them coming!

Fantastic Chardonnay

This is about Day 45 for this Chardonnay. The taste and color are outstanding. I only used about half the oak provided because I don’t like oaky Chardonnay. The flavor of the fruit is really aging through. Probably made 100 wines and highly recommend this one.
