Lost a star for “pints”

Come on now; we don’t drink wine in pints. Can’t say how this batch will turn out, but I’ve done the Ontario Sauv Blanc numerous times and it is a favorite. I’m drinking some right now from a batch I made a year ago. Yeasty bugs are busy working on this new vat and I’m sure it will be delightful.

I’m not much of a white wine drinker but wanted to have something on hand for those who prefer it but I must say this wine has made me a fan. Very good tasting !

This is the first time i made a Sauvignon Blanc. It came out good not to dry not to sweet. I filtered it before bottling and it came out crystal clear. Im not a White wine fan but this is s good one.
