My wife and I made this according to instructions. We drank a bottle worth at time of bottling and it was good. Friends were over at that time and also liked it. It's been in the bottle for just over 2.5 months and we opened a bottle this past weekend to share with friends. It was gone immediately and everyone was impressed. Chances are it will all be gone by the time 6 months comes around, but I wonder how much more it will improve. If it continues to improve I imagine it will be awesome. We'll be making more.

What a hit! The Peach Chardonnay is young but comes across as a mature great tasting wine! I have to keep it under lock and key. Only to be shared on special occasions! Love it!

This is a nice wine, kit was complete and directions were clear. Everything went well. The peach juice is added after fermentation and clearing just before bottling. The result is a nice Chardonnay with a light peach flavor. It is sweeter than your average Chardonnay

Just racked it this AM, added peach flavoring, will let it set a couple of days before bottling it.

We haven’t made our wine yet, but I am sure we will enjoy it. We have made other wines from Midwest Supplies and we are enjoying those right now. We have never been disappointed.
