Just Finished

We just finished fermenting the RJS Cru Select Amarone Wine Kit and are ready to bottle it. It is smooth and delicious. A guest also sampled it and said that it is an excellent wine.

Wine is still aging.

My go-to varietal

I like my red wine fairly bold, so this is my go-to varietal. Given a little time to mature, this won't disappoint.

Amarone

While this kit is not made yet, the previous one has reached about 5 months and is really good. So while I drink the first kit, I'll finish making the 2nd and let it mature.. I do think this Amarone is a good full bodied enjoyable wine
