Product Details

Pink wine has a reputation for being soft and sweet and less assertive than other table wines, but this doesn't have to be true, especially for rosé. In fact, it's usually blush wines that are sweet, and they can be made by blending a small amount of red wine into a white base and adding sugar.

Not so with rosé! It must be made with 100% red grapes, lightly macerated, and quickly pressed. It's this treatment that gives robust and dry French rosé ripe, juicy flavors of strawberry, raspberry, and citrus, with aromas of melon and strawberry leading to a crisp finish with a tiny touch of spiciness.

Serve lightly chilled with Southern-style barbecue, shellfish (especially bouillabaisse or cioppino), or soft cheeses and fruit.

The most palatable kit I have tried

Out of the many different wine kits I have tried this find is #1

One of the best kit rosés!

I have made this one several times and have always been pleased. I drink a lot of rosé both commercial and kit and this one is top of the line. It's not a Provençale rosé, more like a Rhône. It's as good or better other rosé kits. I've only found one that's better.

Another excellent wine that will only improve with age. I can’t wait to taste it in about 6 months. This is my second batch and the first is just about all gone.

Don’t usually drink Rose but this one was pretty good
