Just bottled the wine and it needs to age for a few months, but it tastes great, 5 star. The kit didn't include any directions but this is not my first rodeo so no problems.

In the past I have ordered this kit and instructions were included.
This time, they were missing. I had to navigate the RJS Cru website to obtain the instructions. But, my printer could not print them due to sheet size.
It was a minor, but irritating task to create my own instructions.

Received the kit and it is now in the secondary fermenter. Have made this before and liked it enough to make it again.

An excellent light Pinot Noir. Have had a bottle or two after bottling this past month, but as it ages it will become even smoother.
