Featuring premium blue agave syrup, this kit provides a clean and highly fermentable base, ensuring a full-flavored final spirit. Agave is the heart of tequila production, offering natural notes of honey, citrus, and spice. With an OG of 1.078 and a target ABV of 10%, this kit is designed to produce 5 gallons of wash, ready for distillation into a smooth, agave-based spirit.
Fermented with Lalvin K1-V1116 Yeast, this wash develops floral and fruity esters that complement the natural sweetness of agave. Still Spirits Turbo Clear is also included to ensure a clean and refined wash before distillation.
