I just finished the secondary fermenter and filtered the wine in preparation for bottling. I took a sample and Wow! Great smooth taste early. Can’t wait until it ages a couple of more months.

One year I had to have three kits I ordered replaced because of poor package prep and rough postal handling. Midwest Supplies prepped my package better than the other vendor and it arrived very quick. It's fermenting as I write this.

I finished making the wine and after 5 weeks I poured a sample. It was flavorful and robust. I intend to start drinking the wine after waiting until the 6th or 7th week. I believe it will turn out be a very good every day wine to drink.

I have been making this wine kit every year for the last 5 years and it has never disappointed me. Best when aged in the bottle for 2-4 years however, I usually have consumed it before then.

made this kit with half the oak that came with it and some French oak medium roast. left it on the oak for about 3 weeks. came out fabulous and think it will improve with time
