No AA listed on package nor website. Not helpful in tying to hit a certain ibu. These were subjected to high tempts during transport, the thermal printed labels were black.

good for dry hopping

Good hop smell, and taste. It adds a nice spicey and floral flavor .

Good for late additions

I like the taste and aroma of Challenger, more so than some of the other popular hops. recently I've been adding it during sparging, doing a first wort hopping, to get all the flavor.

I like to use these as a bittering hop in my porter. Has a nice clean addition to brews.

I ran out of perle when I was making an ale, and needed a sub NOW. My buddy brought over a few ounces of this hop. My beer turned out rather well. A little less bitter but the same great flavor. Needless to say I stocked up.
