It's waaaay to early to rate a product that can easily take months, maybe years, to be a finsihed product. I didn't start it upon receipt; it is now in first fermentation.
I chose the title because you indeed did not include instructions in the kit I recevied. No big deal for me because I still had instructions from several earlier kits I've purchased; in fact, I had instructions from an earlier purchased Pinot Grigio kit from the same company.

One of the best whites I've brewed, nice fruity dry white. Will buy again.
