Another nice wine kit. Great grapefruit test right after fermentation was complete. A little worried it would not clear, but is crystal clear in a day or two. Just waiting for bottling and enjoying. Had t download general directions from RJS Cru

Would have been a 5 star with directions. No directions in 2 kits I ordered.

Drinkable after a few weeks of filtering. My Wife who is very possessive once it is bottled loves it

Tastes differ. I’m a red wine type.
To which she sticks up her sniffer.
Thus, every other batch is Pino Grigio.
A taste which is to her liking.
As of our 52d anniversary it looks as I remain in demand….
For another round.

Frankly, your brews and your wines have been coming out fine for the past ten years. I follow the directions and maintain a sterile environment. You can consider us customers for life!

Love the RJS Cru Select Pinot Grigio. It's ready to drink when done and has a smooth, delicious taste. Light hints of pear make it a wonderful summer wine.
