Our favorite

We have made this kit at least five times and currently have one in the carboy waiting to be racked one more time. Though we love most of the CRU International reds, this one is hands down our favorite. We have never been disappointed.

Nebbiolo CRU International

My second fermentation. The first was excellent. I gave a bottle to a friend (who used to be a server at a high-end restaurant) and he reported that it was to the style of the Barolo wines customers would order. It's one of my favorites.

Time will tell

I’ve started this but always wait 6 months before bottling to let it mature. Always been exceptional in the past!

Wonderful, as usual

I have made this kit many times and it is always good.

Italian Nebbiolo wine review

It's a little too early to submit a review because the wine is still clearing. Once it clears and I've filtered it, I'll give it a taste test. However, nebbiolo grapes are notorious for needing extended period of time to age. Ask me again in a couple of years...
