Pour the soda in a keg and pressurize it to force carbonate, or add some champagne yeast and pour into bottles to naturally carbonate. Simply leave the bottles at room temperature for 48-72 hours to allow pressure to build, and then put the bottles in the fridge to stop the carbonation process. Each extract is designed to make 5 gallons of soda.
