Just finished bottling and the first tasting of the Chilean Chardonnay Wine Kit - RJS En Primeur. The wine had a medium yellow look or hue after filtering. The smell was pear, lemon, and peach. The oak was light. Body-full, tannin-low, acidity-low, alcohol-14+, and sweet-off dry.

Very good Chardonnay

This turned out excellent. I'm not usually a Chardonnay fan but this is very good. I reduced the oak by half and love the result.
