While designing a beer for a competition, I realized my Russian Imperial Stout needed that one malt to give it that nice raisin like flavor that only DRC could bring to the game. I went to many other sites to order locally and discovered that these places did not carry my required malt. But, like that loyal friend that is always there to bail you out after a long night pub crawling, Midwest was the one there for me that I could definitely rely on to come through with the goods. Shipping, as always, was fast!
