Cascade Hops’ Newest Trick!
Old school meets new school: the Jack-Of-All-Trades Cascade hops can be used in almost any style ale and now hard seltzer! Rather than a sweet, fruit-forward seltzer, you can experience a light, herbal infusion with the subtle floral and grapefruit of Cascade hops. This will make for the perfect low calorie, light in body, bubbly libation you’ll want in your keg for yourself or guests looking for a refreshingly crisp pour of subtle hop flavor.
All our hard seltzer kits are designed with all-natural ingredients, and no artificial flavors or additives.
Note: Yeast is included in the kit

Notes from Brad, Northern Brewer Development Brewer:
“Hard seltzer waters are all the rage these days, so why not ride the wave? This kit is a very simple and straightforward fermentation consisting only of dextrose (corn sugar). The resulting product is boozy water, coming in right at about 5.5% ABV and is then flavored with the American classic Cascade Hop.
To ensure the best results with this kit, be sure to follow the directions and add the yeast nutrient packets according to the schedule described. Adding yeast nutrients in staggered additions ensures that the yeast remain happy and healthy and will avoid any off-flavors that stressed-out yeast can generate.
The fermentation will be complete within 2 weeks or so, but be sure to leave this batch sit for a few additional weeks to allow the yeast to drop out of solution and leave behind a clear beverage.
We have also included more flavoring than likely needed, so you can decide how intense to make the flavor - add a little at a time and taste until you are happy with the taste."
