Use an old soup can: Take the label off and clean it out thoroughly.
Pour 1/2 a bag of bottle wax into the soup can and place it in a saucepan that contains 3 inches of water.
Heat the water until the wax is melted.
Carefully dip the wine bottle into the wax. When you are done, simply cool the wax right in the soup can and store it until your next batch.
