Used in a NZ IPA

Used at 5% of the grain bill in a New Zealand hopped IPA. Used in conjunction with some carapils so hard to verify the contribution to head. The head on the beer is very good though. The oats smelled great on arrival and quality looked fine.

Used in my Scottish Ale

Added nice body, but expected more head.

Wonderful ingredient

This grain is spot on. Love it!!! Adds a very unique flavor and texture to your brew and Midwest is the only place I can get my hands on his stuff. Two thumbs way up
