Blackberry Pinot Noir

This is my second kit of this flavor. I set the first one up for 5.5 gallons for a more robust Pinot Noir flavor and everyone I have shared it with was i impressed

Good wine

This is a good wine for inbetween sweet and dry. I would have given 5 stars but it didn't have a real strong blackberry flavor.

Nice fruity taste, but not too fruity

This is a nice mellow wine - we've made it a couple of times, and have gotten rave reviews from friends. The Pinot Noirs and Cabernets love to foam pretty bad and spray out through the airlock the first day or two after you add the yeast (white wines never seem to have that problem with me), so keep a couple of paper towels around the airlock.

BlackBerry Pinot Noir

Nice wine. I have bottled half and letting the other half age. I didn’t use all of the blackberry syrup. I think it makes it too sweet I held out about 24 oz. taste test as you add to get the flavor you prefer. It’s a fun wine with a decent Pinot and the blackberry syrup makes it nice for those who don’t like really dry wines. I prefer it semi-sweet. I haven’t shared much yet, but expect positive reviews. Great price for a fun wine.
